If you want to grow your career in a progressive, team-oriented environment, apply today!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>About the Job:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Operating in a Northern British Columbia mining environment on a two week in/two week out shift rotation, the Mine Superintendent is responsible for the creation, modification and delivery of a full range of engineering processes at the Silvertip Operation.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">The Underground Operation Superintendent will champion divisional and department safety;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Maintain knowledge and understanding of all safety policies and procedures affecting the Mining Operation, and will ensure compliance with the Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for Miners in British Columbia;</li><li>Lead by example and establish a safety culture by personally complying with all regulatory and company safety regulations at all times and ensure all employees are properly indoctrinated to the corporate safety culture;</li><li>Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures;</li><li>Develop, implement, and support operational work processes that support the business objectives, and Life of Mine (LOM) strategy of the underground mine.
