    "description": "<p><strong>Covenant Woods</strong>&nbsp;in Mechanicsville is currently seeking a&nbsp;<strong>On-Site CDL Driver</strong>&nbsp;with superior guest service skills. This is an on-site position to transport residence to local attractions. Drivers are responsible for the safe, timely and enjoyable transport of our residents and guests.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Must have professional service skills including the ability to communicate effectively.</li>\n\t<li>Operates minimum 12 passenger bus equipped with ADA access.</li>\n\t<li>Must have CDL with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Must perform and document on Pre/Post Trip Checklists.</li>\n\t<li>Must have a clean driving record acceptable to our risk management department.</li>\n\t<li>Comply with all company policies and procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n\t<li>Valid Virginia CDL License with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements</li>\n\t<li>At least 1 year experience driving passengers in a shuttle bus and/or bus</li>\n\t<li>No major violations (DWI, reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene) within the last three years</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to read, write and speak English</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong><u>Schedule:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>PRN as needed</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Covenant Woods</strong> understands that having a passionate staff is at the center of what makes us great.
