The Armed Security Response Team (SRT) Agent is responsible for safeguarding the client in Charlotte, NC. Individuals must be able to perform in a dynamic environment and possess the physical, operational and tactical capabilities to address wide-ranging security related tasks. This position is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7am to 5pm. Will divide weekly hours between 2 agents. The 1st agent will work Monday through Thursday and the 2nd agent will work Tuesday through Friday.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide covert and overt protection to the client and properties, while maintaining a low-profile.</li>\n <li>Provide real-time information about the surrounding area of the work site.</li>\n <li>Safeguard the work site, personnel and maintain highly sensitive information. </li>\n <li>Work within a cross-functional team</li>\n <li>Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible</li>\n <li>Must possess ability to interact with all levels of corporate management, liaison internally and externally with various departments and personnel.</li>\n <li>Must be able to brief, defend, persuade and instruct others on security requirements and policies.</li>\n <li>Must have strong oral communication and representational skills and have the ability to write in a clear and precise manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in extensive military, law enforcement, or corporate security experience, preferably in a military special operations branch or protective operations.</li>\n <li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record</li>\n <li>Ability to acquire state security and firearm credentials</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with handguns.</li>\n <li>Current First Aid, CPR, AED certification required.</li>\n <li>Previous medical training is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>Previous Executive Protection experience is preferred</li>\n <li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>Pay is $45 per hour</p>\n<p>Allied Universal® Executive Protection and Intelligence Services offers industry leading benefits</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical/Dental/Vision coverage</li>\n <li>Free employee life insurance</li>\n <li>Paid employee training and development</li>\n <li>401K</li>\n <li>Employee assistance programs</li>\n <li>Paid holidays and flexible PTO (Paid Time Off)</li>\n <li>Career advancement opportunities</li>\n <li>Great company culture and work/life balance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
