    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.51.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.51.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Position Description:</u></strong></p><p>The Sanitation Laborer will maintain sanitary condition of equipment by following effective sanitation methods to meet regulatory requirements, with a safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety-culture for the benefit of the company and its employees.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maintains sanitary condition of equipment by disassembling equipment and cleaning to regulatory standards with a use of high pressure water @ 140 &ndash; 160 F; following proper chemical allocation and cleaning applications&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations</li><li>Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed</li><li>Adhere to all break and lunch requirements for the position&nbsp;</li><li>Learn and execute 8 steps of sanitizing equipment, work area, and other requirements for a quality operation</li><li>Fulfill inspection requirement of equipment after sanitation process is complete</li><li>Must understand the corrective action process</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Not Applicable</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Able to speak English preferred</li><li>Previous related experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work night shift; overtime and weekends as needed</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Learn and understand the three main areas of contamination&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds occasionally throughout an 8-hour shift</li><li>Able to tolerate hot/steam and wet conditions 8+ hours per day</li><li>Able to work around and with chemicals including: alkaline detergents, acid and chlorine liquids and caustic soaps</li><li>Standing, walking and climbing 8+ hours per day</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Training Period:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum six months meeting all above requirements; up to three years</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
