Will have to carry out hydraulic analyses and design of networks, 3D Modelling, CAD production, Schedules . Experience on projects at various stages –concept, Preliminary, Detailed and construction support. Specific US experience is most desirable.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">As Senior Engineer provide&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Support in, o developing design as per the standards o leading a drainage team and managing project deliveries&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">To lead projects proactively, independently driving project deliveries&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Undertake discussions with lead regions, GEC team&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Demonstrate the technical command as an independent problem-solver&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Involve in</p></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Risk assessments and suggest risk mitigative measures,&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Program reviews/ updating UK for any refinements&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Developing bondage with Lead regions and junior teammates&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Enhance the capability of the team to attract new business o achieving 100% quality (processes/training/checklists)&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Share knowledge &amp; engage in transferring the knowledge gained to the wider team o implementation of industry best practices on project deliveries&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">delegating tasks and assigning roles to team members to achieve the agreed project and organizational outcomes.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">TRACK to 0 and drive the HS&amp;W culture of the business within your team.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Global/GEC Initiatives of Arcadis e.g Base camp/Digital Initiatives/CSR Activities/H&amp;S activities, Arcadis Way, Task Manager Training</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualification:-</strong></p>\n<p>Civil Engineering Graduate with a Post-Graduation degree (desirable) in Water Resources/Environmental Engineering</p>\n<p><strong>Experience:-</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">The Candidate shall bear,&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">an exhaustive experience, not less than 6+ years in developing ‘sustainable drainage scheme’ under a multi-disciplinary environment for major infrastructure projects like airports, highways, rail networks, site developments for multiple land usage patterns, etc.,&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;Experience on ‘design management’ &amp; ‘project management’ activities § credits for having successfully delivered the drainage projects for the USA region.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">high recognition in the field &amp; with the client -&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">The candidate should&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">have able managed the project deliveries independently being part of designs from Concept to Construction stage.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;have experience in the quality standards (application of Quality Management Protocols) and program timelines.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;possess a knowledge &amp; application of relevant British Standards § have awareness of construction in drainage field and latest technologies, equipment, etc., for the construction, maintenance &amp; management of proposed system&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;have been part of risk assessment and mitigative measures.&nbsp;</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;have good experience in - Design software’s like Storm CADD/Civil Storm/ Open Road (Drainage) Designer, HECRAS, HY8, Flow Master, Culvert Master, Ponds Pack, MicroDrainage Info Drainage 12D or other relevant drainage design software’s and its’ applications, - BIM Software – Civil 3D and AutoCad.
