  "externalDescription": " Duties Responsibilities 1.\tCoordinate the completion of data analytic reports: a.\tAssist in the assignment of analytics report requests b.\tAssist in defining report requirements c.\tRequest inputs from key stakeholders d.\tConduct research to aid in the completion of reports e.\tManage calendar of deliverables f.\tDistribute completed reports to applicable constituents g.\tMaintain a library of completed/final reports 2.\tServe as a liaison to other purchasing units, IPHEC, Office of Procurement Diversity, and other System units. a.\tMeet periodically with each purchasing office to identify upcoming data analysis needs b.\tIdentify recurring reporting needs across the four purchasing units c.\tProvide training on self-service analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) d.\tAssist in the identification of potential strategic procurement opportunities e.\tReview, benchmark, and create cost-benefit analyses of contract pricing against other universities, consortia, or other contracts available to the System. 3.\tAdminister contracts: a.\tServe as the main point of contact for contractual issues that arise during the term of a contract b.\tMonitor contractual agreements for continued compliance with the Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/) and the Administrative Code (Title 44, Part 4) c.\tProvide technical assistance to vendors to resolve deficiencies affecting the administration of contracts d.\tIdentify areas of spend off of contractual agreements and establish plans to address non-use of contractual agreements e.\tManage implementation and transition plans for new contractual agreements between the System and new vendors f.\tCreate and route communications describing the terms of new agreements g.\tPresent information about new agreements to the other purchasing units and key stakeholders h.\tFacilitate and test e-procurement catalog implementations i.\tManage the expiration or termination of contractual agreements j.\tCreate and distribute communications to end-users and key stakeholders when a contractual agreement is expiring or terminating k.\tIdentify areas where additional supplier diversity goals may be achieved l.\tAddress any outstanding deliverables or payment issues under the expiring/terminated agreement m.\tConduct ongoing vendor performance review meetings based on contractual agreement n.\tConstruct plans to mitigate contractual issues which have arisen throughout the term of the contract, including the development of supplier management plans as needed o.\tIdentify new products available from catalog suppliers p.\tReceive, track, and audit contractual agreement incentive payments 4.\tPerform other assigned duties appropriate for the position of Data Analytics Project Coordinator.
