Become part of our global team: You make the difference - YOUMAKEUS In the ADAS Sensor Fusion and Control team, we process vehicle sensors such as radar and camera systems, as well as internal vehicle measurements, into a consistent environment model with objects, lanes, etc. To this end, we develop robust estimation methods to determine vehicle states and the surrounding environment that explicitly account for uncertainties. These observers form the basis for model‑based longitudinal and lateral dynamics control, enabling precise and safe vehicle behavior in everyday commercial vehicle operation.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Development of robust, real‑time-capable controllers and online estimation of vehicle states Design and implementation of model‑ and data‑driven observers for environment estimation Production‑oriented implementation on the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) with a focus on numerical robustness and runtime performance Testing and measurement data acquisition on prototypes; hands‑on validation and iterative improvement of the approaches in closed-loop
