This role works closely with procurement, inventory control, production, quality, and logistics teams to balance customer demand, material availability, and production capacity while meeting delivery commitments and operational goals. Serving in this role is an exciting opportunity to be an agent of change in a company that is growing rapidly and focused on our customers.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze gaps in supply and/or internal capacity that are causing service issues and drive actions to improve performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform regular analysis to evaluate issues that could arise from changes in the demand plan or supply plan.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain, update, and build PowerBI reports that drive overall planning performance, efficiency and accuracy</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Aid in the development and execution of demand forecasting processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Define process and / or system gaps effectively optimizing and systematizing with a continuous improvement mindset.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute on daily production scheduling, working closely with operations teams to improve the scheduling process&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p><strong>The Right Candidate:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong analytical skills with experience working through complex problems and driving resolution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with Microsoft Office products and an ERP system are required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PowerBI or equivalent data visualization toolset experience are required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-motivated / directed, and can easily function in a high-demand, high-performance culture.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools are a must.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced critical thinking skills with the ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, in business or related field with 2+ years of experience within supply chain or operations required.
