We are looking for <b>cross-cultural trainers </b>to provide customized in-person lessons to our clients. </p><p>Job Information:</p>We are looking for an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate a \"Working Across Cultures\" program virtually.<br> <ul><li>Program Details:<ul><li>Format: 12 hours approved, which can be split into several lessons. </li><li>Start Date: July2025</li><li>Format: sessions should be held online</li><li>Students: 1 adult</li><li>Program outline:<span style=\"font-size:12px;\"> </span>must be tailored to the student´s needs. The client is specifically interested in learning more about business etiquette, health/safetey and emergencies in Poland</li><li>Additional information: The client speaks Chinese but is relocating to Poland in August. The cultural trainer must be able to communicate with her in Chinese language.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons</li><li>Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes</li><li>Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals</li><li>Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language</li><li>Degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field</li><li>Minimum of two years of teaching experience</li></ul><p>All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
