    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role </span>   <br></p>\n<p>SafeRide Health is seeking a Credentialing Audit Supervisor to support audit readiness across the Credentialing function. This role ensures credentialing activities are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with internal policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will play a key role in reviewing credentialing work for quality and compliance, supporting internal and external audits, coordinating corrective action efforts, and preparing materials for Compliance stakeholders. This position directly impacts audit readiness, quality performance, and the effectiveness of SafeRide’s credentialing operations.  <br>   <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities    </span><br>•    Perform quality audits and routine reviews of credentialing files and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance<br>•    Identify trends, errors, and process gaps through ongoing quality assurance and audit activities<br>•    Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating audit-related activities<br>•    Track and coordinate corrective action plans related to audit findings, internal reviews, and compliance concerns<br>•    Partner with credentialing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues<br>•    Prepare audit summaries, reports, and supporting materials for compliance and audit stakeholders<br>•    Maintain organized records of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities<br>•    Develop and update audit tools, workflows, quality review materials, and standard operating procedures<br>•    Monitor adherence to credentialing standards, internal controls, and process requirements<br>•    Communicate audit findings and trends clearly to leadership and stakeholders<br>•    Support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, consistency, and audit readiness<br>•    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credentialing-related issues and support operational goals  <br>   <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span>    <br>•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, quality assurance, compliance, or a related field<br>•    3+ years of experience in transportation provider credentialing, provider data, quality assurance, auditing, or related functions<br>•    Working knowledge of credentialing workflows, file documentation standards, and compliance expectations<br>•    Experience supporting audits, quality reviews, or monitoring activities<br>•    Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills<br>•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>•    Proficiency in Excel and Adobe for reporting and documentation<br>•    High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities<br>•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  </p>\n<p>   <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications </span>   <br>•    Experience in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) credentialing or a related healthcare field<br>•    Experience managing or tracking corrective action plans<br>•    Prior experience preparing materials for audits or compliance reviews<br>•    Familiarity with credentialing or workflow systems<br>•    Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly evolving environment  <br>    <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits: </span>   <br>We offer a remote-first work environment, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits including:</p>\n<p>•    Career growth and development opportunities in a mission-driven organization<br>•    Competitive salary and annual bonus opportunities<br>•    Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance<br>•    401(k) with company match<br>•    Generous PTO, paid company holidays, and paid parental leave</p>\n<p>   <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us:</span>    <br>SafeRide Health is a technology and services company dedicated to reducing barriers to care by improving the delivery of non-emergency medical transportation to people across America.
