    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Consider joining the Pennex family as an Endpoint Support Specialist - Level I at our Leetonia, OH location.  The purpose of the Manufacturing Endpoint Support Specialist – Level I is to support our manufacturing operations by providing hands-on technical assistance to plant employees. This role is integral to maintaining and improving IT support on the plant floor, ensuring that employees who may have limited computer experience receive the help they need to keep operations running smoothly.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide frontline IT support on the plant floor, ensuring end-users receive timely assistance.</li>\n <li>Support and maintain handheld scanners, mobile carts, and other endpoint devices critical to operations.</li>\n <li>Manage battery replacements and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.</li>\n <li>Assist with tasks related to the ERP project, including user support and system troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Work closely with manufacturing employees to ensure they understand and can effectively use IT tools.</li>\n <li>Walk extensively throughout the plant, potentially reaching 10,000 steps per shift while providing on-site support.</li>\n <li>Document and track IT issues, resolutions, and trends to improve future support efforts.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.</li>\n <li>Maintain and update IT hardware inventory as needed.</li>\n <li>Travel between Greenville, PA and Leetonia, OH locations.
