This person will be responsible for individual, group and family treatment as well as monitoring all aspects of case management and clinical services related to the STTAR. Provides clinical supervision for program staff and overall program supervision in the absence of the Program Director.</p><p>The Bridge Family Center offers competitive pay and great benefits, including:<br>Medical/Vision, Dental, Employer paid life insurance, Flexible Spending Plans, 403(b) with match, 19 days of vacation to start (increasing annually for the first 5 years), paid sick time, personal time, and 8 paid holidays. As a non-profit organization, we are also eligible to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO</strong></p><p><strong>I. Clinical support</strong><br>1. Works closely with staff team, residents and their families to facilitate treatment planning.<br>2. Monitors all aspects of case management including, treatment goals, assessments, medical care, transportation, and family involvement.<br>3. Responsible for individual, group and family treatment.<br>4. Coordinates all in house groups.<br>5. Documents all pertinent data.<br>6. Writes discharge summaries.<br>7. Works closely with STTAR Director and DCF representatives with regard to admissions.<br>8. Provides clinical support for residents and their families.<br><strong>II. Administrative Duties.</strong><br>1. Provides clinical supervision for residential staff.<br>2. Coordinates in service training programs.<br>3. Aides Program Director in data compilation.<br>4. Attends all STTAR staff and treatment plan meetings.<br>5. Participates in 24 hour on call rotation coverage.<br>7. Performs other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU&#39;LL BRING</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Master&#39;s degree and a minimum of master&#39;s/associate&#39;s level licensure required (LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A). Clinical licensure preferred (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) Experience working with youths and their families, preferably in a residential setting, as well as good communication and record-keeping skills, supervisory experience, and must be culturally sensitive. Must also have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</p><p>Pay within the pay range will be commensurate with license status and experience.</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong> Demonstrate excellent individual, family and group counseling skills. Ability to interface with large social service agencies.
