We partner with HR teams and HR software companies to design and deliver custom integrations that connect HR, payroll, and business systems, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help people's operations run more efficiently.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual Integration Specialist</span> at Flexspring, you will design, build, and support custom integrations that connect complex HR, Payroll, and financial systems. This is a hands-on development role with meaningful client interaction. You will work directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into reliable, scalable integration solutions. You’ll be involved throughout the full lifecycle — discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support — ensuring workforce data flows accurately and securely between systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, explaining complex concepts clearly, and taking ownership of integration solutions end-to-end.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and code integrations based on client requirements using Flexspring’s integration framework</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Project Managers to review client data mappings and technical specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform integration testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and lead go-live activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Document integration logic, configuration details, and technical nuances for clients and internal teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot production integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions while meeting defined support SLAs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluency in both <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">French and English </span>is required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong backend development experience, including solid proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Groovy</span> or similar <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JVM-based languages</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React (or similar)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience building or supporting API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with file-based integrations (SFTP, CSV, XML, JSON)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of system-to-system data flows, authentication, and error handling</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with or integrating <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HRIS and/or Payroll</span> systems is strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to ERP/financial systems or understanding how payroll data impacts reporting and General Ledger processes is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
