(AETC) is seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Analyst to support, configure, and customize Rootstock ERP on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on system configuration, reporting, and light customization to support manufacturing, inventory, finance, and operations teams.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The ideal candidate understands manufacturing operations and ERP data flow, not just Salesforce administration.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Rootstock ERP</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Configure, maintain, and support Rootstock ERP modules, including:</li>\r\n\t<li>Inventory Management</li>\r\n\t<li>Bills of Material (BOMs)</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Routings</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Work Orders &amp; MRP</li>\r\n\t<li>Purchasing &amp; Receiving</li>\r\n\t<li>Costing (standard and/or actual)</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Accounting</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Translate business and operational requirements into Rootstock configuration</li>\r\n\t<li>Support users with system enhancements and process improvements</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist with data validation, cleanup, and migrations</li>\r\n\t<li>Troubleshoot transactional and configuration-related issues</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Salesforce Administration</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Administer Salesforce org supporting Rootstock ERP</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Create and maintain:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Custom objects, fields, and record types</li>\r\n\t<li>Page layouts and Lightning Experience configurations</li>\r\n\t<li>User roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings</li>\r\n\t<li>Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval processes</li>\r\n\t<li>Support sandbox testing and production deployments</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Analytics</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Build and maintain reports and dashboards related to:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Inventory levels and accuracy</li>\r\n\t<li>Work-in-process (WIP)</li>\r\n\t<li>Production performance</li>\r\n\t<li>Purchasing and supplier metrics</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Capacity Planning</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Support ad-hoc reporting requests from operations and management</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure reports accurately reflect real-world operational data</li>\r\n\t<li>Understand Rootstock&rsquo;s data model to avoid misleading or incomplete reporting</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Integration &amp; Data Support</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Support integrations between Rootstock, Salesforce, and external systems</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist with data imports, exports, and reconciliation</li>\r\n\t<li>Understand data dependencies and transactional impacts across modules</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
