You will be joining a successful company who values your contribution and rewards success.\n\nYou will work on cutting edge insurance and insuretech solutions while collaborating with product, technical, and client teams. The position requires the ability to translate claims business needs into system requirements, assist with configuration, support implementations, and ensure smooth delivery across projects.\n\n Key responsibilities include: \n\n Analyzing claims workflows, business rules, loss reporting processes, and regulatory requirements.\n Translating claims requirements into detailed user stories, configurations, and data mapping.\n Supporting system configuration and testing within modern insurance/claims platforms.\n Working directly with claims adjusters, SMEs, developers, and client stakeholders.\n Supporting MPL related requirements such as incident/occurrence reporting, liability triggers, defense costs, reserves, and coverage nuances.\n Ensuring deliverables align with client expectations in a fast paced, agile environment.\n\n Preferred Skills :\n\n Experience with Medical Professional Liability (MPL) claims or underwriting workflows.\n Experience with modern claims management systems , insurance cloud solutions, or insuretech platforms.\n Understanding of healthcare/medical industry terms, compliance, and regulatory structures (HIPAA, incident reporting, medical claims processes).\n PMP or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).\n\n Requirements\n\n Required Skills and Qualifications :\n\n 2+ years of Business Analysis experience , with claims experience required (P&C, Health, MPL, or specialty lines).\n Hands on experience working with claims departments , adjusters, claims workflows, FNOL, coverage analysis, or system configuration.\n Ability to commute to Harrisburg, PA once per month for in person work.\n Agile experience with proven success delivering in iterative environments.\n Strong ability to translate complex claims and MPL requirements into actionable system configurations, data rules, and workflows.\n Excellent client facing communication and stakeholder management skills.\n Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, backlog management, and documentation abilities.\n Technical proficiency, including familiarity with cloud based insurance/claims platforms , data mapping, and integration concepts.\n Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks with minimal supervision.\n\n Preferred Skills :\n\n Experience working with modern insurance cloud solutions and insuretech platforms.\n Knowledge of the medical industry and healthcare regulations.\n\n Benefits\n\n 401(k)\n Dental insurance\n Health insurance\n Paid time off\n Retirement plan\n Vision insurance\n STD/LTD\n Accidental Dismemberment"
