Tasks Focus on the Polish market: You will be responsible for selling our product Europages in the Polish market and targeting suitable new customers. Cold calling with a tailwind: You will actively contact pre-selected companies provided to you by our specialized lead generation team. You will focus entirely on conducting conversations and selling—additional independent research is possible but not required. Identifying potential & convincing clients: You know how to identify the needs of potential customers and effectively convince them with the right solutions from our portfolio. Efficient conversation management: With a high call volume and clear structure, you conduct targeted phone calls—professionally, persuasively, and engagingly. Professional presentation: You structure initial digital conversations and presentations in a way that fosters long-term, profitable customer relationships. Modern working environment: You work in a hybrid setup – approx. 50% in the office to be part of the team, and 50% flexibly from your home office. Profile You are an ambitious person, ready to develop your Poland’s growth You have prior sales experience - for example, in telemarketing, field sales, or B2B inside sales - and are looking to further develop your skills in a targeted manner You can inspire people, identify sales opportunities, and confidently steer the process toward closing the deal You can convey information clearly and concisely, work in a solution-oriented and prioritized manner, and have business-level proficiency in Polish and fluency in spoken and written English You want more—professionally, financially, and personally.
