Champion advanced analytical approaches to customer feedback, translating complex insights into strategic product initiatives and long-term pipeline development. Proactively identify and evaluate emerging industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to shape and influence the overall product roadmap and strategic vision. Provide strategic guidance and oversight for feature definition, user story development, and agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with overarching product strategy and business objectives. Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and drive product innovation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 7 years of progressive product management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity. Extensive experience working in fraud prevention and/or detection, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging threats. Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, managing complex product portfolios, and successfully launching impactful products at scale. Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across various functions. Proficient in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, road mapping software). Bachelor's Degree required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field. Strong understanding of technical architectures and systems, with experience in technical product management. Prior consumer banking/financial services experience, particularly within deposits or payments. Experience with large-scale enterprise product launches or transformative initiatives. Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape within financial services. OTHER SKILLS Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies. Demonstrated leadership and executive presence, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
