Easterseals</p><p>Adult Day Health Day program serves individuals with disabilities, and those requiring</p><p>memory care support. In this role, you will develop the monthly activity calendar, lead activities,</p><p>provide personal care support, develop quarterly newsletters, and document the services provided.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess strong written &amp; verbal communication skills and will</p><p>have previous experience utilizing electronic health records.
