You will be a key player in supporting divisional growth for Telgian, a worldwide leader in &nbsp;Fire, Safety, and Security Solutions. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Telgian Engineering &amp; Consulting (TEC) team. The Marketing Coordinator supports TEC through opportunity identification and proposal development from start to finish. You will handle diverse activities including developing win themes; gathering and organizing proposal content; writing, editing, and proofreading proposals, pre-qualification submissions and developing marketing collateral. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and will work with executive management by participating in market penetration planning, bid proposals, and market trend analysis. If you are skilled and experienced with proposal development, want to grow your business development skills, are resourceful and results oriented, and would like a role with a dynamic and growth-oriented company, then we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Your Opportunity</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Collaborate with Regional and Executive Leadership to support proposal, marketing and business development activities.</li><li>Identify prospective project opportunities by examining advantages/disadvantages, developing go/no go recommendations, and communicating in a timely manner with the appropriate TEC management team members.</li><li>Responsible for document editing, content review, printing, final assembly, shipping, and delivery.</li><li>Responsible for designing and updating marketing collateral.&nbsp;</li><li>Participation in professional organizations such as the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).&nbsp;</li><li>Planning for and travel to various trade shows throughout the year.</li><li>Enforce adherence to TEC&rsquo;s branding standards and quality and consistency of TEC&rsquo;s image portrayal in proposals and related materials.</li><li>Serve as a marketing consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.</li><li>Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ documents and develop detailed checklists and compliance and responsibility matrices.
