This person is responsible for directly supervising Tower Technician and participating in the completion of construction projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):</strong></p><p>1. <u>Supervision</u> – Supervise technicians in the completion of fieldwork, provide instruction and oversight in overcoming obstacles, and ensure that safety policies are followed.</p><p>2. <u>Fieldwork</u> – Ensure construction work is completed in accordance with the client’s work order, including measuring structural elements and appurtenances, installing feed lines and antennae, testing telecommunications equipment, and constructing modifications to towers.</p><p>3. <u>Equipment Management</u> – Inspect equipment prior to and following completion of work activities, deliver equipment to worksites, retrieve equipment from worksites, and maintain inventory records of equipment usage and status.</p><p>4. <u>Material Management</u> – Inspect and deliver materials to site prior to the start of work.</p><p>5. <u>Documentation</u> – Record information associated with work activities and report information after completing field work on each site.</p><p>6. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.</p>",
