Personal Attributes</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>B.E/MCA qualifications in Information Technology</li>\n  <li>6-10 years of development experience with Microsoft SQL Server stack</li>\n  <li>Strong knowledge of Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS)</li>\n  <li>Working experience ETL principals and techniques</li>\n  <li>A good understanding of data modelling and database schema design principals</li>\n  <li>Data normalization</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of database optimization techniques</li>\n  <li>Exceptional analytical skills in order to analyse and interpret business needs, and to provide constructive input into the development and technology solutions</li>\n  <li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology</li>\n  <li>Visual Studio Team Systems Database Edition; SSDT</li>\n  <li>Team Foundation Server</li>\n  <li>Exposure to cloud technologies, e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS</li>\n  <li>Knowledge in Banking and Financial Services will be added advantage</li>\n  <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective inter-departmental and organisational relationships</li>\n  <li>Sound organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks in order to meet strict deadlines</li>\n  <li>Self-motivated with a strong team spirit.
