Join us and be a part of a team where your contributions are valued, and your potential fully realized!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>https://www.verusins.com/</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The<strong> Underwriting Support Technician</strong> supports the underwriting function by inputting information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources including incoming applications into Verus core systems and setting them up in the workflow, providing excellent customer service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately key incoming applications into Verus Core systems, review them for completeness, and move them to the workflow.</li>\n <li>Provide timely, courteous and efficient service to all internal and external clients.</li>\n <li>Assistance with various underwriting support functions, including Premium Audit and Inspection Report ordering and scheduling.</li>\n <li>Contribute to innovation and enhancement goals as we seek to learn, grow and succeed.</li>\n <li>Processing of Legal Notices.</li>\n <li>Renewal Setup for all product lines.</li>\n <li>Partner to support our program business.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Strong oral/written communication skills with a positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.</li>\n <li>A focus on delivering exceptional customer service.</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of computer software programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li>\n <li>Resourceful, analytical, with the ability to execute tasks through to resolution.</li>\n <li><strong>This is an in-office, in-person position with designated hours: 10am EST - 6pm EST.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-FL1 #LI-HYBRID</em></p>\n<h2>Additional Company Details</h2>We do not accept any unsolicited resumes from external recruiting agencies or firms.
