Crew Members are reliable team players who may be assigned to projects in multiple sectors.  (Commercial roofing, Glass &amp; Glazing, and/or Sheet Metal)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span>  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times</span></li>\n<li><span>Efficiently measure and cut project materials</span></li>\n<li><span>Install various roofing materials to construct a weatherproof roof for our customers</span></li>\n<li><span>Install metal wall panels &amp; soffit panels, Parapet Coping &amp; cut miters, standing seam roof panels, flashing &amp; trim, Fascia, panel sills, &amp; profile closures (Sheet Metal)</span></li>\n<li><span>Properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, and material</span></li>\n<li><span>Report any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safety</span></li>\n<li><span>Report to job on-time, ready to work, asking for clarification and assistance as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Adhere to standards of conduct and company policies at all times</span></li>\n<li><span>Embody and model company values of <span style=\"font-style: italic\">Family Culture, JR Attitude (humility, teachable), Extreme Ownership, Grow or Die (growth mindset, motivated, innovative)</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3+ years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span>OSHA 10 hour training (or ability to obtain)</span></li>\n<li><span>2+ yrs experience in general construction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment/Physical Requirements:</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)</span></li>\n<li><span>Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)</span></li>\n<li><span>Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid transportation required to report to job sites</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits &amp; Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Health, dental, vision, life insurance</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Paid time off</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Parental Leave</span><br></li>\n<li><span>401(k) with company match</span></li>\n<li><span>Fringe Benefit sub-plan (where applicable)</span></li>\n<li><span>Weekly Pay</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location &amp; Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Day Shift: Mon-Friday (<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Weekends and overtime are required based on project schedules)</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span>In Person: Colorado Springs, CO (With the ability to travel as required)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>J.R. &amp; Co., Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
