Their excellent technical skills &ndash; accompanied by their role as employee-owners &ndash; has become our legacy.</p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(184, 49, 47);\">POSITION SUMMARY:</span></strong></p><p>Our Advanced Machine Operators run equipment such as millers, lathes, grinders, or drill presses for non-routine or routine core part machining and salvage. They operate either manual machining equipment or CNC controlled equipment to produce production parts to required tolerances for preparation for the assembly process. &nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>This is a 1st shift position workin</u><u>g</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;5am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed</u></strong></p><p><strong><span style='font-family:\"Tahoma\",sans-serif;'>Primary responsibilities include:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Performs routine production duties by following written processes to operate machinery such as: mills, lathes, grinders, seat/guide/stud presses, induction heat treating equipment, drill presses, CMM, specialized gauging equipment for seat and guides and operate an assembly line to specific tolerances in required quantities</li><li>Responsible for the visual and quantifiable inspection of the final result of their process.</li><li>From experience, resolves basic production and machine operating problems, performs equipment set up and may perform minor operating modification to equipment as needed.</li><li>Follows all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding and maintains a safe working environment by following company safety policies.</li><li>Assists in other production areas as needed</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(184, 49, 47);\">Eligibility:</span></strong></p><p>As an employee-owner, you must have a teammate mentality and strong interpersonal skills.
