font-weight: bold\">Second shift hours are 2:30 pm to 12:30 am Monday - Thursday, Friday off.</span></p>\n<p>On the job training available if you have experience with CNC machinery.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY<br></span>The Perforation Line Operator will primarily be involved with the set up, operation, and maintenance of the perforation machine, shear, and surface grinder.  The position focuses on the perforation work centers producing perforated metal sheets and preparing them for the next work steps.           </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<br>Reasonable Accommodations Statement </span></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions Statements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and hands-on operation of specialized perforation machinery including programming, setup, and maintenance.</li>\n<li>Operating the perforation machine to produce and level perforated sheet metal and place it on pallets for the next work center.</li>\n<li>Loading and unloading steel coils with the overhead crane to the production floor and into the perforation machine.</li>\n<li>Operate shear to cut parts in accordance with the blueprint specifications.</li>\n<li>Utilize the surface grinder to assure punches are sharpened to stamp perforated sheets.</li>\n<li>Provide maintenance and minor repairs on tools, dies, and machines.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up tool &amp; dies and other production necessities to produce \"0 defect\" parts.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS &amp;
