    "description": "<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title:</span> Client Solutions Lead<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Classification:</span> Full-Time<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting Relationship:</span> Director of Client Solutions / Project Manager</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Accountabilities:</span></p>\n<p>The Client Solutions Lead at BHS Construction is responsible for managing the successful delivery of small to mid-size construction projects ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.</p>\n<p>This position leads a team of 2–4 field staff and coordinates all aspects of construction, including self-performed work, subcontractor management, material procurement, scheduling, quality control, and client communication.</p>\n<p>The Client Solutions Lead serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-focused approach that reinforces BHS Construction’s commitment to excellence and professionalism.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage day-to-day construction operations for assigned projects, ensuring all work meets BHS Construction’s standards for safety, quality, schedule, and budget.</li>\n<li>Plan, organize, and direct field activities for a team of 2–4 employees, including carpenters, laborers, and other trades as needed.</li>\n<li>Perform self-perform tasks in all aspects of carpentry, including doors/hardware, framing, concrete, demolition, windows, siding, finish carpentry, specialty items, etc. </li>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, scope adherence, and quality workmanship.</li>\n<li>Manage material procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and verifying timely delivery of supplies and equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain and track project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet client deadlines and production goals.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with estimators and project managers during preconstruction and planning to review scope, costs, and constructability.</li>\n<li>Conduct site meetings and project reviews to ensure alignment between BHS Construction, the client, and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Oversee jobsite safety compliance and enforce all OSHA and company safety protocols.</li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation (daily logs, material usage, progress photos, safety forms) is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve project issues proactively, implementing practical solutions that minimize delays and cost impacts.</li>\n<li>Mentor and coach field staff, fostering professional development, accountability, and teamwork.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.</li>\n<li>3–7 years of experience in construction leadership or project supervision roles.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage small to mid-size projects independently, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and OSHA safety standards.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated skill in coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient with construction management software, digital documentation, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Regularly required to lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.</li>\n<li>Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and work in variable weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Ability to read plans, use technology (tablets, phones, email), and communicate effectively with clients and team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fast-paced, professional, and client-driven construction environment.</li>\n<li>Frequent exposure to outdoor weather, moderate to high jobsite noise, and active construction conditions.</li>\n<li>Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, or airborne particles, as well as potential electrical or mechanical hazards.</li>\n<li>Travel between project sites and the BHS office as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Duties</span></p>\n<p>This job description is not all-inclusive.
