Assists with ambulation of patients, and uses assist devices as appropriate to protect patient and staff member.</li>\n <li>Assists with restocking of rooms and maintain a safe and clean environment. Follows all established infection control policies, and recognizes role in providing safety to the patient.     </li>\n <li>Documents vital signs, weights, activity, intake and outputs, and ADL care given to patient in computer.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be actively enrolled in high school or an equivalent program with a current CNA certification or High School diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer knowledge</li>\n <li>Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology is preferred.  </li>\n <li>Ability to move and lift patients and use appropriate equipment. Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately.</li>\n <li>Effective interpersonal relationships and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>     Apply today!!!</strong></p>",
