Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Policy #4211)</p><p>2. Appropriate Illinois State certification&nbsp;</p><p>3. Maintain documentation and complete recertification on time</p><p>4. Complete diocesan requirements for religious instruction within three years of employment; maintain 18 hours of religious certification formation every three years</p><p>5. Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and positive communication with colleagues and administration</p><p>6. Maintain discretion with confidential or official information</p><p>7.
