We constantly strive for our clients and team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Passionate to Achieve and Win</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> - We learn quickly and create positive change.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Essential Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and deploy high-quality, production-ready code for core backend services across multiple client projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide comprehensive, end-to-end estimates to drive PM sprint planning, release mapping, and client level of effort communication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Analyze requirements and work with team and clients to determine the implementation direction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Know when to ask for additional resources for higher complexity tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide input into the acceptance criteria definition to ensure the technical components of the software solution are fully accounted for </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proactively communicate task status, blockers and maintain up-to-date Jira tickets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Submit ongoing work for review by peers or Technical Lead. Review, test, and provide peer feedback on work of others</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide clear testing and release instructions to Tech Lead, QA and clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Debug existing issues, rapidly respond to production problems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify tech debt and proactively recommend changes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Accumulate domain knowledge around existing clients solutions to assist with ongoing needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete training to learn new skills, technologies, libraries and patterns to better support client use-cases</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Education &amp; Experience Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree specializing in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 5 years of PHP development with knowledge of the Laravel framework</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 2 years of Node.js development experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 2  years of experience in Ecommerce web development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 1 year of experience in the Shopify Plus platform</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong proficiency in relational databases, particularly MySQL</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">React experience a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong Git and GitHub knowledge</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">6 hours of your daily work hours must overlap with US Central Time zone business hours (8am - 5pm CT)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Other Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working in a team environment is a must</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both a business and technical level</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven ability to employ root cause analysis techniques to diagnose and resolve complex, high-impact technical issues delivering architecturally and business-minded solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to manage time and tasks well across multiple competing projects and clients; comfortable asking questions and reporting concerns to leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to pay close attention to detail; asking clarifying questions to gather all relevant information</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Welcome constructive feedback and apply it to future performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Dedicated to improving your craft and having a positive outlook</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Possess a willingness to mentor and train others</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This job description does not list all duties of the job.
