They supervise and provide care to these patients utilizing the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Follows established policies and procedures.</p>\n<p>Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.</p>\n<p>Provides excellent customer service, interfacing well with all levels of staff, management, and physicians.</p>\n<p>Applies Cooper's core values.</p>\n<p>Performs Other duties as required.</p>\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<p>RN must have at least 2 years of acute care experience (Oncology experience required).</p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<p>Graduate of NLN-accredited School of Nursing </p>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<p>Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse)</p>\n<p>Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers)</p>\n<p>Certain specialties may require advanced certification (i.e. ACLS, NALS, PALS)</p>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $48.72\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $73.64",
