From preparing the venue, planning sporting events and welcoming our customers to site, you'll help ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. This is a hands-on, physical role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being part of bringing community and sporting events to life </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>About the Role: <br>As our Venue Experience Coordinator you'll be the welcoming face of Mercury Baypark,  preparing our venue for a wide range of sporting and community events. No two days are the same! </p>\n<p> <br>Key responsibilities include: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring a high level of customer experience is delivered  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the smooth planning and delivery of community and sporting events by following schedules and safety procedures </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the setting up and packing down sports equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>General administration and support for arena based teams and colleagues </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong relationships with regular users </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver basic technical support as required  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>About You: <br>We’re looking for someone who can lead with energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude, creating a collaborative culture with other departments.
