This role is for an experienced, collaborative professional with a strong understanding of electrical construction. The position will involve both sales and project management. You will support projects for our team in the greater Los Angeles area. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and execute project objectives and performance standards that align with corporate policies.</li>\n <li>Lead and oversee all aspects of construction in accordance with the contract requirements.</li>\n <li>Develop relationships and a high level of credibility with internal team members and the clients we serve.</li>\n <li>Work with clients on design solutions for DB special projects.</li>\n <li>Provide budgets to customers as required.</li>\n <li>Responsible for generating and managing own book of work with clients.</li>\n <li>Size of projects will range anywhere from $5k to $2mm. Majority will be in the size of $250k to $500k range.</li>\n <li>Will be expected to manage multiple projects of this size with a general revenue of $5mm per year.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of electrical project management experience in public works, federal or private projects with individual contract values > $50k and portfolios > $2mm</li>\n <li>Specific experience with renovations, TI work, replacement of distribution systems, FA Systems, is necessary.        </li>\n <li>Preferably bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, Business or related fields.</li>\n <li>Must be experienced in the design build delivery method.
