We practice from a feminist, relational, strength-based framework and integrate mindfulness, movement, creative/expressive therapies, and body-oriented approaches into our clinical work.</span><span> </span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>We are currently seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full-tim</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">e indep</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">endently licensed clinician (Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCPC, or LCSW)</span> to join our team. As we continue to deepen our somatic and trauma-informed offerings, we strongly encourage applications from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clinicians trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), NARM (</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NeuroAffective Relational Model), EMDR, IFS</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> or other advanced body-oriented trauma modalities</span>. Significant clinical experience in these models is preferred.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>CTC was founded over 12 years ago by a NARM Master Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who remains actively engaged in supervision, consultation, and leadership within these training communities. We do not operate as a high-volume productivity model.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>22 sessions</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> met</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> per week (26-28 scheduled)</span></span><span>, with protected time away from work and no on-call expectations. The practice closes for six major federal holidays to protect clinician schedules during high-cancellation periods.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>New clinicians are gradually ramped to a full caseload, with approximately 15–20 clients assigned within the first 90 days to support sustainable growth.
