With a brand-new site, a collaborative national network of GMs, and strong growth on the horizon, this role offers real upward momentum for an experienced operations leader ready to make their mark.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee daily vending and micro-market operations across four markets within a fulfillment center, maintaining quality, safety, and service standards</li>\n <li>Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance for a team of approximately 30 employees, including drivers and warehouse staff</li>\n <li>Own site P&L and ensure adherence to client KPIs, operational budgets, and Sodexo standards</li>\n <li>Partner with Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives to support site surveys, RFP processes, and new business growth</li>\n <li>Leverage fleet tracking and warehouse inventory technology (Samsara), Cantaloupe Seed) to optimize operations and accountability</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a national community of General Managers and district </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
