    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">ReLogic Research, Inc. is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated Thermal Analyst to conduct thermal analysis and contribute to design and prototyping efforts in support of ReLogic’s mission to develop high speed missile and aviation technology.  ReLogic’s central focus is to continually promote a culture that stimulates personal, professional, and intellectual growth, while developing elegant solutions to tough problems. We encourage teammates to be self-governing based on high standards of professionalism and judgement.  This full-time role will be in direct support of ReLogic’s efforts to solve priority problems highly aligned with our national defense strategy.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Primary Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Work with team members, technical managers, and subject matter experts to develop analysis skills relevant to high speed missile and aviation technology development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Conduct thermal analysis relating to hypersonic and high-speed vehicle design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Generate temperature databases for structural design and use modeling and simulation tools to perform thermo-structural analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Apply thermal engineering best practices to existing applications and new developments including test-driven development activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Develop written reports, briefings, and other documentation to present internally and to customer POCs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Requirements &amp; Desired Skills </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong interest in analysis (80% of time)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS desired)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">0-10 years of general experience in aerothermal analysis (3+ desired)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ability to travel both domestic and international</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with 3D transient thermal analysis in Thermal Desktop, ANSYS, or Abaqus (Experience with AeroTPS, CMA, and ATAC desired)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with maintaining multiple meshes (CFD, thermal, structural) and mapping data between meshes is desired</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered.
