          "text": "<ul><li>Conduct required laboratory testing&#xa0;following SGS's Standard Operating Procedures</li><li>Perform Sample Preparation.</li><li>Perform and record preventive maintenance as needed.</li><li>Adhere to proper labelling and documentation procedures for solvents, standards, reagents, etc.</li><li>Familiarize with applicable standard operation procedures (SOP)</li><li>Participate in proficiency testing programs and support quality by assisting supervisor / manager in investigating questionable and unsatisfactory results.</li><li>Print control charts; maintain reagent logs, standards inventory, etc. documents.</li><li>Adhere to the Company’s Quality Policy and Procedures.</li><li>Be aware of customer requirements.</li><li>Directly responsible for their area housekeeping and cleanliness on a daily basis.</li><li>Data entry into LIMS, Excel, and other data entry modules.</li><li>Adhere to the Company’s Quality Policy and Procedures.</li><li>Use Laboratory Management Systems (LIMS).</li><li>Adhere to company health and safety policies.</li><li>Provide accurate and timely results.</li><li>Conduct proper sample storage and disposal practices and documentation.</li><li>Liaise and resolve customer’s queries/results with the supervisor / manager and contribute to the resolution of customer complaints.</li><li>Validate new methods for business growth or for customer requests, and work on improving the efficiency of existing methods and SOPs as per the instructions provided by the supervisor / manager</li><li>Conduct sample pre-processing (sub sampling, homogenization, splitting, cleaning, grinding) as necessary</li></ul>",
