We are seeking a motivated professional to lead sales efforts nationwide. In this role, you will build client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence by delivering tailored solutions to laboratory clients.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">It is essential to have a firm grasp of the Laboratory and Healthcare Industry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive new business growth by actively prospecting for clients through strategic telephone and in-person outreach. Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent direct contact.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts that are a top priority.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have a strong ability to create proposals and deliver presentations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5 years of experience with a proven sales background in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry market</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding the healthcare provider reimbursement process, its dynamics, and the overall billing workflow within the market space.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An active List of relationships with key C-Level decision-makers in the Laboratory and Healthcare industry</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to connect with customers and gain trust quickly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce or equivalent CRM</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with established Sales processes and sales funnel management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Professional references are required and will be contacted for this role.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s Degree or equivalent in Business or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willing to travel 25%</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compensation Package:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Competitive base salary and generous commission plan</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent medical &amp; dental benefits, paid holidays, vacation and sick days</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attractive 401(k), life and disability plans</li></ul></div></div>\n",
