      "content": "\n<li>Experience in manufacturing or production settings including pre-preg, wet lay up, and more.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with two-part epoxy systems, including installation and removal of cured two-part epoxy.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of hand and power tools, and oven curing.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.</li>\n<li>The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.</li>\n<li>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required</li>\n"
