    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The home health aide is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient&#39;s needs. The home health aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Caring for the elderly, disabled client in their own home as if he/she were a close friend or a member of your own family, providing compassionate emotional and social support and companionship.</li><li>Assisting client with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing and meal preparation.</li><li>Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, including light housekeeping and laundry.</li><li>Providing transportation or running errands, including keeping all receipts for purchases made on behalf of customer.</li><li>Keep a daily client log on all services rendered for given day.</li><li>Attend monthly employee development meetings. These meeting will include videos, audio trainings, and general training.</li></ol><p><strong>Position Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Self-motivated and compassionate caregiver</li><li>At least 18 years of age</li><li>Provide copy of CNA license</li><li>Trained in first aid/CPR procedures</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Current Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Pass BCI/FBI state required criminal background check</li></ol><p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p><ol><li><span id=\"isPasted\" style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.</span></li><li><span id=\"isPasted\" style=\"font-size:14px;\">Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.</span></li></ol><p id=\"isPasted\">Compliance:</p><ol><li>&nbsp;Acknowledge my obligation and agreement to fulfill those duties and responsibilities as set forth in the Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies and to be bound by these standards.</li><li>Certify that throughout my association with EH I will comply with the terms of the Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies.</li><li>Understand that violations of the Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.</li></ol></div>\n",
