The ideal candidate will be motivated to develop and build their personal knowledge and skills to assist with the growth and success of the office. We offer a friendly, professional atmosphere with excellent benefits and a salary commensurate with experience.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><br></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><strong>:</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">This role is to perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design of street and highway drainage facilities including but not limited to storm drain systems, culverts, retention/detention basins, ditches, and channels. This position will require experience in preparing and supervising final design tasks including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Responsibilities will also include marketing local agencies, design criteria compliance, quality control for transportation, and public works drainage.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><u>Duties:</u></span></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Responsible for the completion of drainage-engineering project elements such as reports, designs, specifications, and plans</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides technical guidance to less experienced Engineers/EIT&rsquo;s</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Works closely with other disciplines and multi-discipline projects</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conducts design and constructability reviews of plans</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides support for final design review and quality assurance/control</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinates design development and assists in providing technical direction</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides technical expertise in project aspects</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><em>Minimum Three (3) years of design experience for CA role.</em></li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">P.E, Registration required in the jurisdiction of the position or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Integrity and Highly Motivated</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microstation, Openroads, and AutoCAD</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">River mechanics, erosion and scour calculations, and sediment transport training/experience a plus</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Experience using Project Wise or other file management/file-sharing software is a plus</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Knowledge of standard hydraulic and hydrology software is a plus (i.e. InRoads Storm and Sanitary, HEC-RAS (1D/2D), FLO-2D, HY-8, QGIS, StormCAD, SWMM)</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.5;
