With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supported complex <strong>Steam Generator Replacement (SGR) projects</strong>, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards </li>\n <li>Performed <strong>in-vessel operations</strong> in high-risk, controlled environments  </li>\n <li>Led <strong>welding project execution</strong>, driving timelines, quality, and team coordination </li>\n <li>Installs, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at customer sites (may include equipment associated with refueling and inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components).  </li>\n <li>Conducts a variety of routine field tasks including, but not limited to operating specialized equipment, taking measurements, compiling data, and performing without error in high stress environments.  </li>\n <li>Maintains maintenance logs and certification documents.  </li>\n <li>May assist with the development procedures and other related data.  </li>\n <li>May provide input to training materials and conduct training.  </li>\n <li>May be responsible for directing technicians which includes on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, performance management and coaching, documenting performance, managing conflicts between coworkers, and ensuring safety and compliance of individuals and plant equipment.  </li>\n <li>Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.</li>\n <li>Works flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service.  </li>\n <li>Requires travel to a variety of remote job sites.  </li>\n <li>Requires unescorted nuclear access (includes background check, psychological exam, and drug screen).  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent education</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of related experience.</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge in a particular field of commonly used equipment, practices and concepts.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs as required for specific roles. </li>\n <li>Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, policies, procedures and guidelines with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.  </li>\n <li>Requires specific technical training and certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Total Rewards Package          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $34.60 - $45.40 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
