This role drives production, manages carrier relationships, ensures deep product knowledge across the organization, and maintains full visibility into the health and performance of the product. The Product Director regularly presents plans, adjustments, and pivots needed to meet retention, growth, and profitability goals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own production, growth, and retention for assigned products</li>\n<li>Manage and strengthen carrier relationships</li>\n<li>Serve as the internal product expert for underwriting, pricing, and positioning</li>\n<li>Track and maximize carrier bonuses and incentive programs</li>\n<li>Maintain a clear, up-to-date understanding of product status at all times</li>\n<li>Identify gaps and present plans or pivots needed for product success</li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate product training for sales and service teams</li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to align product strategy with company goals</li>\n<li>Provide clear and consistent reporting on product performance and trends</li>\n<li>Identify new carrier needs</li>\n<li>Identify and propose new market opportunities</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product retention rate</li>\n<li>Active client count</li>\n<li>Active policy count</li>\n<li>Quarterly growth targets</li>\n<li>Annual growth targets</li>\n<li>Carrier bonus performance vs. targets</li>\n<li>Product training sessions completed</li>\n<li>Meetings with leadership (monthly/quarterly)</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p>Success Looks Like</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Products are growing, retained, and profitable</li>\n<li>Teams are confident and knowledgeable in the product</li>\n<li>Carrier partnerships are strong and productive</li>\n<li>Leadership has clear visibility into product performance</li>\n<li>Strategic pivots are proactive rather than reactive</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Disclaimer:</span> This job description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work being performed.
