Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules and regulations. &nbsp;This position requires attention to detail and a focus on producing defect-free product for our customers. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Performs intermediate assembly&nbsp;tasks&nbsp;such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel.</li><li>Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, and/or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.&nbsp;</li><li>Uses hand tools, power tools machines or other equipment to perform work.</li><li>May perform assembly operations under microscope or another magnifying device.</li><li>Inspects own work&nbsp;to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.</li><li>Conducts quality checks periodically.</li><li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness by meeting all productivity and quality objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates with team and support staff to ensure continuous production at high quality levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Balances team and individual responsibilities.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all IEC procedures, rules and regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Certification, Licensures, or Registration required to qualify for this position&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Support and maintain all 6S workplace organization standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Internal Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Please refer to the <strong>&lsquo;Electronics Assemble Core Functions Addendum&rsquo;</strong> for training and length of service criteria.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Good reading comprehension&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Good hand eye coordination</li><li>Effectively use computer</li><li>Follow written and verbal instructions</li><li>Willingness to learn&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Personal Qualities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong work ethic and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Works efficiently and manages time effectively.</li><li>Can work independently or with a team.</li><li>Multi-task.</li><li>Able to work flexible hours and overtime as required.</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
