Martin/Martin, Inc. is looking for a motivated Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician to join our Structural Engineering Group in our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. This position will provide opportunities to work on a variety of structures throughout markets such as healthcare, commercial office, sports and entertainment and education. About Martin/Martin, Inc. Our engineered solutions are developed through a culture of integrity, service, creativity, and quality for the benefit of our clients and the community. The Team Our structural engineering teams provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field, the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine , and Harborcenter . Responsibilities The following duties are illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive. 3D modeling and drafting details of varying complexity in Autodesk REVIT or other BIM software and transferring redlines to drawings Creating plans, sections, elevations, 3D views, details, and schedules from the model Assisting in project set-up, including importing reference details, editing general notes, creating new file(s) and managing and linking external files Maintaining internal and external modeling and drafting standards on projects Communicates in a professional manner
