You will find fulfillment in knowing that every day, you are positively impacting the lives of our staff and residents. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Supervisor Job Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Supervise resident aides, train new staff, ensure duties are performed correctly by all staff</li>\n <li> Also Resident Aide responsibilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Resident Aide Job Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Assisting with care needs: dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, etc. </li>\n <li> Assisting with meal preparation </li>\n <li> Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping </li>\n <li> Complete all required documents and charting </li>\n <li> Assess for change in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor </li>\n <li> Follow all emergency procedures.
