Items for inspection include Footings, Concrete Slabs/Wall/Foundation, Framing/Sheathing, Exterior Envelope/House Wrap, Sound Testing/Sound Channel, and Final Turnover for each site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Assigned inspections will fluctuate will client construction schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the Risk Management Program and make recommendations for improvements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Coordinate with client contractors as needed to complete Risk Management Program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> Support the Field Operations Department with daily pre-drywall and final inspections, as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
