This role ensures that services are individualized, recovery-oriented, developmentally appropriate when applicable, and aligned with each participant’s Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP) or Individual Treatment/Rehabilitation Plan (ITRP).</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist may support services for adults, minors, or both, depending on the candidate’s credentials, experience, and program assignment. The selected candidate will work under the direction of Freedom Healthcare LLC d/b/a Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program while staffing coordination is supported through Enterprise Management Solutions.</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of psychiatric rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Developing and assuring that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals served by the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing oversight of the daily program of rehabilitation services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring rehabilitation services are consistent with each individual’s IRP or ITRP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Educating direct care staff on how to provide rehabilitation services that correlate with the goals identified in the individual’s IRP or ITRP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reviewing and supporting rehabilitation activities to ensure they are meaningful, person-centered, and goal-directed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Advising program leadership regarding the development and implementation of rehabilitation services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting staff in understanding psychiatric rehabilitation principles, service expectations, and documentation requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Promoting recovery, independence, community integration, wellness, social functioning, and daily living skill development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with program directors, supervisors, licensed professionals, direct care staff, families, caregivers, and other team members as appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participating in staff meetings, case reviews, trainings, quality improvement activities, and program planning as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining accurate, timely, and professional documentation in accordance with program standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA and all applicable privacy and regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities When Serving Adults</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">When assigned to adult psychiatric rehabilitation services, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist shall:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and assure that rehabilitation services meet the needs of adults served by the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee the daily program of rehabilitation services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Educate direct care staff on how to provide rehabilitation services that correlate to the goals identified in the individual’s IRP or ITRP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support staff in delivering services that promote recovery, independence, community living skills, social skills, coping skills, wellness, and functional improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor service delivery to ensure activities are appropriate, individualized, and connected to the participant’s rehabilitation goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with identifying service gaps and recommending improvements to strengthen the adult psychiatric rehabilitation program.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities When Serving Minors</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">When assigned to psychiatric rehabilitation services for minors, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist shall:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be a licensed mental health professional with a minimum of 2 years of direct care experience working with emotionally disturbed youth, when applicable to the assigned role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Advise the Program Director regarding the development and implementation of rehabilitation services that reflect the needs of minors served by the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain overall responsibility for rehabilitation services for minors, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Developing and assuring that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the minors served by the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing oversight for the daily program of rehabilitation services.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Educate direct care staff on how to document the correlation between rehabilitation activities and the goals identified in the IRP or ITRP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support developmentally appropriate, strengths-based, and family-aware rehabilitation programming.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure services address emotional, behavioral, social, community, educational, and functional skill needs as appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; CPRP certification preferred. font-size: 12pt\">Has a minimum of </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">2 years of direct care experience working with youth with a serious emotional disorder</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">; and</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Is one of the following:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
