          "text": "<p><strong>The VN program Coordinator works with and functions under the supervision of the Campus VN Program Director and VN Assistant Program Director for the Vocational Nursing Program.</strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Assists with planning, developing, managing, updating and evaluating all aspects of the program.</li><li>Assists with preparing data and other written materials for all required state and Board requirements including reports, proposals, self-studies, surveys, audits, and site visits.</li><li>Assist in the training of new faculty and the professional development of existing faculty.</li><li>Assist in planning faculty staffing to ensure course coverage.</li><li>Ensures theory and clinical evaluations are completed in a timely manner by assigned faculty. § Assists in gathering evaluations from students, clinical sites. representatives, and faculty upon completion of each clinical rotation</li><li>Assist with strategic planning and assessment of instructional initiatives to ensure program quality.</li><li>Makes continuous efforts to improve quality of instruction.</li><li>Ensures clinical assignments, clinical rotation matrixes and calendars are completed in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensures faculty are consistently following policies and guidelines as related to student clinical rotation experience.</li><li>Reviews student learning material on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Ensures student records are maintained according to policies.</li><li>Submits required program reports and forms to the Program Director in a timely manner.</li><li>Keeps current with new technologies and safety regulations.</li><li>Provides advising support and planning assistance to potential and current students.</li><li>Ensures all students have completed the necessary documentation and meet the requirements for graduation and the state licensing exam.</li><li>Teach (either theory or clinical) half of the time as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Pay :&#xa0;The annual pay range for this position is $90,000 (minimum), $100,000 (midpoint), and $110,000 (maximum).</p>",
