Responsibilities Review RFPs and work orders Perform site visits (if local) Perform Takeoffs Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers & property owners Develop estimates in InEight Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions Manage proposal timelines Communicate with clients Coordinate handoff to PMs Track proposals Support change orders Required Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings. Plan views and details/cross sections/profiles. Provide accurate take off quantities. Attention to detail and understanding critical importance of hitting due dates. Civil/Stormwater/Landscaping estimating experience Production-based estimating ability Strong communication skills Compensation: Competitive salary rate plus Bonuses.
