Position Summary
The Sr. Business Operations Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations and will act as a right-hand lead to the organization. The ideal will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and execute strategic Business Operations processes
Mentor and train Jr. Sales and Revenue Operations Analysts
Assist in development of SoPs for Business Operations organization
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive go to market initiatives and process improvements
Assist in development of critical KPIs for Business Operations organization
Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales technology and systems
Manage all UAS Marketplace operations, including purchase order review, CRM opportunity creation and closure, and oversight of end-to-end marketplace sales activities.
Maintain and update internal pricing files, including SKUs, product descriptions, pricing accuracy, and data integrity.
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on compliance, accountability, and adherence to standards/regulations
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to cross function
Proven knowledge of the end-to-end order process from Lead to order fulfillment
Proven knowledge of Business Operations flow from pre-award to Sales Operations to Revenue Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven experience in a CRM and ERP platform with the ability to analyze data to create reporting for C level leadership
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a huge plus
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Some travel required (up to 25%)
Additional Desired Qualifications
Experience in a rapidly growing environment
Direct experience with Government orders
Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
Has effective problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, often in a stationary position for extended periods
Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and computer work
Ability to communicate effectively in both virtual and in-person meetings
Occasional lifting or moving items up to 15 pounds (e.g., laptops, documents, small office equipment)
Must be able to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for meetings, customer visits, or team collaboration
Ability to concentrate and focus in an open or remote office setting, with frequent email and messaging interaction
Background Check
This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check. Qualified candidates with a criminal history will be considered and are not automatically disqualified, consistent with federal and state law.
